Pricing varies depending on the services your family chooses.  Our intake packet contains a full fee schedule for you to review. To obtain an intake packet and fee schedule, or to get started, please email us at admin@conciergespeech.com with your child’s full name and your best email address. We will help you setup a portal account for access to services.

Yes! We encourage all outside support people to sit in on sessions, ask questions, and participate. This involvement helps improve outcomes, increases in-home carry over, and reduces the duration of therapy over time. In order to improve session outcomes, our SLP’s reserve the right to request that a sibling or caregiver step out of the room if/when needed.

We use an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant platform to provide highly effective virtual therapy services, consultations, check-ins and more.

    -Our HIPAA-compliant patient portal will contain your daily session notes, as well as weekly homework, videos to help with home practice, and more. 
    -Our therapists are also available by phone and email to answer your questions throughout the week.

    -Unlike most concierge practices, we do not require a monthly membership fee.  Families only pay for the services they want, need and use.
    -Families can elect to cover the cost of services via credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA dollars.
    -Families can elect to pre-pay monthly for services, or to pay as you go at time of session (*travel services do require pre-payment)

-Much like concierge medical practices, offering concierge therapy allows our team to spend more time with you, your child, and your child’s other supporters (teachers, doctors, family members, and therapists)
-We provide a customized evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention process that is consistent and streamlined.
-Our goal is for your family to feel supported, and for your child to benefit from the skills our highly experienced team of therapists.  We never rush sessions, always alot more time than we think will be required, and are committed to efficient and effective outcomes.
